Don’t worry about how to get more flexible or what strength training you should be doing. We’re going to plan all of that out for you. All you need to do is show up.

Get a membership with Vertical Flex to save money and book into classes ahead of everyone else. Members see the best progress because their training is consistent and their regular classes mean they are able to receive personalised advice from the coaches.

The unlimited membership.

Access to all classes, courses, Virtual Flex, early term bookings and a free private lesson every term.

The unlimited membership includes access to all classes, workshops and courses on Vertical Flex. You also get a free private session every term with an instructor and access to the Virtual Flex area. Memberships are limited due to class limits - class sizes are kept small so the focus is on you. This is the perfect cross training solution for pole dancers and aerialists who are looking to excel.

The mini subscription.

4 hours of regular zoom classes every month and access to the Virtual Flex area!

Mini subscriptions are just $60/month and with your subscription you’ll be able to sign up to 4 hours of classes every month. If you don’t make it to your 4 hours a month don’t worry, your class times will carry over to the next month for you to use later. This subscription is the best choice for people who are short on time or funds. You’ll also get access to all of the content in the Virtual Flex area.

If you want to train for more than 4 hours in a month you can purchase more one off classes at the regular rate or upgrade to an unlimited membership.
