I started doing group classes online with Virtual Flex at the beginning of 2020. Within a few short weeks I was doing classes almost every day, was motivated to achieve flexibility goals and had found an amazingly supportive community! Within a few months I started doing weekly PT sessions to focus on my strength and flexibility. I have found Elizabeth's approach to significantly increase my body positivity and my ability to recognise and celebrate progress. I have gone from being relatively inflexible to almost having touch down on both sides of my front splits (despite also rehabbing a hamstring injury - of course with the support of vertical flex!), block sits in my middle splits and back bends that I can hold for long periods of times. In addition the focus on building my strength has also complimented my pole dancing and has helped me make lots of progress there. I would highly recommend vertical flex classes and PT to anyone wanting to improve flexibility, develop healthier habits or even just wanting to be more active.

Elizabeth is the best conditioning and flexibility coach I’ve ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and has been able to really help me understand how to get my body to move in the way I want when I’m doing aerials and ballroom dancing. She is also really fun and patient and knows just how hard to push me in our private sessions. I especially love her group classes because she gives really good cues and includes lots of effective and interesting drills. They have really kept me sane and healthy through the whole iso period!

Elizabeth has transformed my relationship with my body. Having suffered chronic illness and injury, I wasn’t convinced I could gain my strength back. Not only am I stronger than ever, I'm super flexi and am kicking new goals each month with her wisdom and support. Cannot recommend her enough, she's the goddess of flex.

I can’t speak highly enough of Elizabeth. She is the most intelligent, dedicated and caring trainer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. In just under a year of private sessions with her she’s helped me achieve more than I ever thought I was capable of with my strength and flexibility. She has completely changed my attitude towards exercising and I’ve enjoyed every single class she’s had on offer. Her attention to detail and engagement with every person in class is extraordinary and has created such a welcoming and supportive environment.

I have loved my classes with Vertical Flex! I have learned so much and been so supported. I never could’ve trained this well on my own or with anyone else. The team are so well educated and it’s such a supportive and kind environment! My flexibility has improved more than I thought it could!
